Cancellation & reschedule policy
- Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before pickup.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before pickup.
- No refund within 24 hours of pickup, or for no-shows at the pickup point.
- Free date changes up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
- Trips cancelled by us or by the supplier (weather, sea conditions, safety) are always refunded in full or moved free of charge.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
